At7:30 p.m. on25th March 2011, the second phase of activity in Zhuo Yue lecture hall attached to Mao Yisheng Honors College, along with a seminar given by Luo Chaoting, vice general manager of China Southwest Rearch Institute of China Railway Engineering Company Limited, was presented at the second lecture hall of the library.
